Her personal statement
“My work results from a tremendous desire to flow out into the world and to be present in a curdled form, ethereal or maybe like a butterfly in its perspective. My works of art are pieces of extension from this desire, that also exists in a physical desire : to make the body longer with exact objects, or in a philosophical way : to do the same in day-dreamy thinking…. “

Her personal statement (continue)
”…I put "Time" and "Space", a "Moment" and "Eternity" against and into each other.
I put hard and fluxing movements, male and female elements, earth/water and fire/air against
and into each other.
I put Circe and Hermes, Myth and Science against and into each other. I put boughs of a tree,
twigs and rivers against and into each other. I put hair, water and plaitings against and into each
other.
Giving and taking, fructification and to suck out results in unreleasable, cosmic, physical,
bodily unity. The impossibility to take possession permanently of these dubble-units, wishing to
keep its own essence…. “

(…) “Everything is in everything, but the "Spaces" stay open.
First I am a drawer. My drawings are related with the surrounding space. The space-possibilities get translated into the drawing-signs-traces, marks or note's - to handle space- aspects describing and description of formes and spaces is important to me. I realise that the consciousness never will be complete.... "

(…) “The lines in my drawings are very important to me.
I am interested in lines as a kind of camouflage, participation, action or as process they
seems to be an actor, agitator, mover, anarchist and like a prison-breaker out of to smal places.
The lines who are meandering and waving means to me the unlimited movements and a puzzling
activity of live. One line can show, point at, notice, suggest, make limits, determinate, travel,
rescue, accentuate, flow, feel, grow, tickle, form, release, connect and link, crawl, go, rush,
fly...
A line is like a "Red Line", an axis of outgrowing forms, a thought, a limit, a letter or a
character, a word and a sentence, a motion in time, architecture, a horizon-horizontal, a vertical,
a river, a flow, a road, a remember, an arch, a vein...”
